During a four-month engagement with Pursuit Network, I led content strategy and execution across Instagram and TikTok to improve consistency, engagement, and visibility. Results from a three-month measured period include growing Instagram from 4.8K to 5K+ followers, more than doubling monthly views, and significantly increasing engagement through a more intentional, performance-driven content mix. I also evolved the strategy to better balance formats and reduce reliance on Reels. On TikTok, I scaled output from 1 to 8 videos per month, driving a fourfold increase in views and nearly tenfold growth in engagement. Overall, this work built a more structured, sustainable content ecosystem and improved performance across both platforms.
